Motor Test Bench (Motor Dyno)
We have successfully commissioned several motor test benches for different applications and different purposes. The test systems can test motor, motor software and controller features. They are able to test different Electric Vehicle maneuvers at different torque/ speed/ temperature points.

Evionix can do custom design of the test bench. Our past deployments are capable of reaching maximum speed of 15000 RPM and maximum torque of 100 Nm. Test bench can be automated with Evionix having experience in both Labview and dSPACE.

All safety features are implemented and the test bench confirms to CE Specifications.
Resonance is a major problem in motor test benches ruining results and hence a thorough CAE analysis (modal analysis) is done to identify resonance points and eliminate in the design stage.
